Build projects — a website, a brand, or both — are scoped and quoted up front as a one-off, so you see the whole number before anything begins. Ongoing work like marketing, social and maintenance runs monthly. Ad spend is separate again and goes straight to Google or Meta from your own account. We quote after a call rather than from a price list, because what a project costs depends almost entirely on how much it has to do.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Build projects are one-off and scoped up front. Ongoing marketing and maintenance run month to month with 30 days’ notice — we’d rather keep you because the work is good.

A one-off build is scoped up front; if you stop partway through we bill for what has been completed and hand over what exists. Either way the domain, hosting and files are in your name and stay with you.

Three things, mostly. It makes you findable at the moment someone goes looking for what you do. It answers the questions that decide whether they call — what you cover, what it roughly costs, how soon you can start. And it makes you look like a business worth trusting before anyone has met you. A site that does those three turns attention you are already getting into enquiries. One that does not is a brochure nobody reads.

How do I know what kind of website is best for my company?

That is what the first call is for, and the answer depends on how people currently decide to buy from you. If they need convincing, you need services, proof and a clear route to contact. If they book time, you need booking. If they buy things, you need a shop. Most local businesses need less than they expect — the common mistake is paying for a system nobody uses instead of pages that answer questions well.

How long does it take to build my website?

Most websites go live in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff. Bigger custom builds with booking, memberships, or e-commerce take longer, usually 4 to 8 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline on the strategy call.

Who writes the content for my website?

We do, unless you would rather write it yourself. Copy is the most commonly underestimated part of a website project, and handing a client a set of empty pages is how builds stall for months. You know your business better than we ever will, so we interview you and write from that — then you review every word before it goes live.

Will my website be mobile friendly?

Yes, and we design for the phone first, because that is where most of your visitors already are. That means more than the layout not breaking: text you do not have to pinch, buttons you can hit with a thumb, a tappable phone number without scrolling, and forms short enough that people finish them.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The domain, the hosting account, and the files are all yours from day one, registered in your name. If you ever leave, everything goes with you.

Where will my website be hosted?

On a hosting account registered in your name, which you own. We set it up, configure it and can manage it as part of an ongoing plan, but the account and the login are yours from day one. If you ever want to move it elsewhere or hand it to someone else, nothing needs our permission.

Can I make changes to my website myself?

Yes. We set things up so the parts you will realistically want to change — prices, opening hours, photos, a new service, a staff member — are editable without touching code, and we walk you through it before handover. Anything structural, or anything you would rather not risk, we handle.

What happens after my website goes live?

We monitor it for the first weeks, fix anything that surfaces, and send you a short performance report. Ongoing plans cover updates, hosting, security and monthly improvements.

What types of service do you offer?

Four, and they are designed to work together: branding, website creation, marketing, and social media and content. You do not have to take all four — plenty of clients start with one. The advantage of having them under one roof is that your site, your brand and your advertising stop contradicting each other, which is usually what makes a business look smaller than it is.

Absolutely. If your identity is working we build around it. If it’s holding you back we’ll say so and show you what a refresh would change — the call is yours.

How much do ads cost on top of your fees?

Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta and stays in your own account. Most local businesses start between €500 and €1,500 a month; we recommend a number after we see your margins.

Ask us on the call — it is a fair question and it deserves a specific answer rather than a general one. Our published work is on the portfolio, with the full scope of each project written up. If we have not done your exact trade before, we will tell you so, and we will tell you whether that matters for what you need.
